These are curated journeys where we stay together in a villa or boutique hotel and move through Italy with intention. You join a plan that already exists, and we guide the experience from start to finish in-country.

What These Journeys Are
Hosted Group Journeys are small, carefully planned trips built around one place and one rhythm.
Each journey is designed in advance by Luca Italian Experiences and hosted on the ground. We stay together in a villa or small hotel, unpack once, and experience the region through food, land, and daily life rather than rushing between highlights.
These are not tours. They are shared weeks shaped by geography, season, and people..
How It Works
Step 1:
We Design the Journey
We design each journey around one place, one season, and one way of living.
The base, dates, accommodation, and core experiences are planned in advance so the trip has a clear rhythm and purpose. Each journey is announced individually, with limited spots.
Step 2:
You Apply & Confirm
If a journey feels right, you apply to join.
Once confirmed, you receive all the details you need to prepare, from what’s included to how to arrive. Planning is handled on our side so you can focus on the experience, not logistics.
Step 3:
We Travel Together
You arrive, unpack once, and enjoy.
We stay together in a villa or small hotel and explore the region day by day through food, places, and people.
Luca Italian Experiences hosts and coordinates the week so everything flows naturally.
